babyjenkski: what we usually do, as instructed, is to check our "OWN OPEN" and "OWN REOPEN" since the products are assigned to us

amumumu: but i said about Photoimpact PTS,no body care about it very long time

babyjenkski: there might be some problem. we can give you reports that we have been answering the PTSfor PhotoImpact. we have set a target here to make sure that no PTRs go over 7 days unanswered. maybe we should double check and then we'll present the reports to you as well

babyjenkski: if you will check Rodel's OWN open (he's in charge of PI), you will see that there are less than 12pts for PI
